Hello and welcome to my portfolio! I'm Charlie, a freelance composer and sound designer with an MSc in Sound Design from the University of Edinburgh. I come from a background in music production, creating and performing my own music as well as recording, mixing and mastering for artists. Acts such as The Prodigy, Skrillex, and Daft Punk opened pandora's box for me, with the burning question of "What is that sound?!" and fuelling my desire to become an audio professional. I was introduced to game audio during my BA and I have been hooked ever since, continuing to strengthen my technical abilities in tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine and Wwise beyond my academic pursuits.

Aside from audio and true to my Scottish roots I enjoy a good whisky, play golf and occasionally take part in Scottish country dancing events.

Thank you for taking the time to explore my work!
